Registered Physiotherapist at Propel Physiotherapy
Talia Diamond has a unique approach to client care. It comes from years of insight gained working with complex orthopaedic and neurological populations coupled with her experience as a lifeguard, swim, canoeing, and waterskiing instructor. She brings a passion for healthy living that fuels her delivery of high-quality care to her clients at Propel Physiotherapy.
Talia combines hands-on physiotherapy treatment techniques and specifically designed pool-based exercises. She works with help individuals with conditions like brain injury, MS, Parkinson’s, post-operative joint replacement, back pain and sciatica. Her clients are able to achieve goals like improved joint range of motion, decreased pain and swelling and better balance.
Talia also has training in the physiotherapy practice of pelvic floor health or pelvic floor physiotherapy. Talia assesses and treats people with pelvic pain, incontinence constipation and other related symptoms. Her evidence-based practice approach combines normal movement, manual therapy and exercise to assist clients in realizing their full potential.

Talia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from York University. She has also completed a Masters of Science in physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. Currently registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, Talia is a member in good standing of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
She continues to further her professional development by participating in continuing education courses in male and female pelvic health, the NDT-Bobath concept, neuro-proprioceptive taping, aquatic physical therapy, and functional electrical stimulation.
Talia’s favorite past-times include spending time with her husband and twin girls, playing basketball, tennis and golf. She also enjoys baking, cooking and needlepoint.
